The Rain Maker

Basically, she’s wonder woman, but don’t tell anyone.  She’s a speaker and “life lesson teacher.” She’s a psalmist and song-writer. She’s a life-coach and personal-trainer, an all around rainmaker creator. She’s a wife, mom and would do anything for her favs, except clean up snot—she does not do snot. 

Melinda has been lead pastor of The Rock Church beside her husband Jeff after tragically losing his parents and founding pastors in an airline crash.  Through tragedy, infertility, her husband’s NASCAR career, miracles, beautiful mountaintop experiences and living familiar with the smile of God, Melinda’s life inspires purpose in others by radiating the power of prayer. 

Since meeting Jesus as a girl, Melinda has been rescuing people and the purpose of their lives.  Whether sharing the gospel in foreign nations, digging wells in Cambodian villages, raising funds to rescue lives sold into slavery, providing school supplies to young people, feeding hundreds every week or leading prayer in homes across this land with her prayer CD, Melinda is a leading woman for all ages and stages. 

And when not changing the world with her contagious laugh, dancing and fun-loving personality, you can find her riding her cuttin’ horse in the NCHA, spending time with her husband of 31+ years and supporting their prophet and daughter Seven.
